How Georgia tests math

Georgia tests grades 3–8 math once a year with a spring End-of-Grade test, and Algebra: Concepts & Connections with an End-of-Course test taken when the course finishes. Every one has the same design: 50 scored questions worth 58 points, plus 5 field-test questions that do not count.

The testing year, in order

Is there a Georgia Milestones math practice test?

Yes: a full-length practice test for every grade from 3 to 8 and for Algebra: Concepts & Connections, built to the Milestones blueprint. Every answer key shows the work.

Are these actual state test questions?

No. Every item is original and aligned to the standards and item types Georgia publishes. Nothing is copied from a state test, a released item or a practice test.

Where should I start?

Open your grade's page and start with the practice for what you're teaching now. Every set is built to the published blueprint, and every answer key shows the work.

Can my grade-level team share one purchase?

Each purchase is a license for one teacher. TPT offers additional licenses at a discount for teammates, and the grade-band bundles cover every grade in a band.
